Official MotoMart Red Bull Gives You Wiiings to Loufest Contest Rules

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The MotoMart Red Bull Gives You Wiiings to Loufest Contest begins on July 27, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. CST and runs through 12:00 p.m. CST on August 31, 2018.
HOW TO ENTER: Three easy ways to enter – (1) simply download the Moto Mobile App, (2) if you already have they app redeem the Red Bull coupon, (2) or send an email to motopromo@fkgoil.com, subject line “Red Bull”. Include additional contact information to ensure speedy delivery of your prize package.
PRIZES: One Prize Winner will be chosen by random drawing at the conclusion of the contest from all eligible entries. Contest Prize consist of a Deluxe VIP Experience for two to Loufest in Forest Park in St. Louis on September 8 & 9 with approximate retail value of $1,000.00. Prize Package includes Two 2-Day VIP Tickets plus a hotel stay for Saturday night at the Moonrise Hotel on Delmar in St. Louis. Your 2-Day VIP Passes will gain you entry to VIP parking, the VIP Lounge, Shaded Seating, Reserved Restrooms, a dedicated VIP Viewing Area, Complimentary Drinks, Complimentary Catered Food and Gourmet Happy Hour. Each Moto Mobile App download, coupon scan, or email represents one entry into the contest. Odds of winning contest prizes are dependent on the cumulative number of entries received as of the date of the drawing at Contest end.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner may be notified by In-App notification or via email if email address has been supplied by entrant. Winner will be supplied instructions on how to contact the Company to claim the prize. Potential prize claims are subject to verification by the Company. Tickets will be reserved in your name at the Will-Call Window. A potential winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release in order to receive a prize. If a winner fails or refuses to meet these conditions or fails to timely respond to an In-App notification, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No more than the intended number of prizes described herein will be awarded. If, for any reason, the Company receives more valid prize claims than there are prizes available, Company will award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all outstanding valid prize claims. Proof of sending any communication to Company shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Company. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulation and is void where prohibited.
GENERAL: The MotoMart Red Bull Gives You Wiiings to Loufest Contest is sponsored by FKG Oil Company d/b/a Moto and MotoMart Convenience Stores, 721 West Main St., Belleville, Illinois 62220, and is open only to residents of those states where the Company's stores are located (IL, IN, MN, MO, OH, WI) age 18 years or older. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entry in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules, and (b) your consent to the Company’s decisions which are final and binding.
Except where prohibited, your participation in the Contest constitutes your consent to Company’s royalty-free use of your name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment, consideration, permission or approval, throughout the world in perpetuity.
Except where prohibited, You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, waiving any right to jury trial, and exclusively by binding arbitration as set forth in the App Terms and Conditions. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Company in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Illinois.
